i was at my haven looking at mine e-mails when i heard something about the final nights on the radio... so i waited in front of it to heard that again...
then i came to the conclusion that the voice on the radio is of the taxi driver!
( you might be wondering how i get to the conclusion that the taxi driver is really caine, i came to that be doing this: i got VPKTool some time ago, and i unpacked all the model files, just to take a look how that works , then i saw a model with the name of "caine", so you all might have imaginated what i did eh? i have putted that model on mine character to see , and i got a very big surprise hohoho! )
for those who wish to make the test, the directory that contains file "caine" is that:

Hmm, those voices ARE pretty similar! You know, this kinda makes sense. Caine is a taxi driving radio buff who often calls in to breech the Masquerade. How kind of him!
Yeah, he definately sounded like Andrei to me as well. Or are there 2 seperate calls that we're talking about? Andrei talks about, "Are you ever afraid the world is going to end..." That's a very Sabbat thing to say, so we know its him.
I dunno... the caller seemed to be somewhat happy that Gehenna was coming, whereas Andrei is in a mindset to destroy the Ankaran Sarcophagus at all costs. With that kind of attitude, I don't think it'd really be an in-character thing for him to do.

Oh hey yeah, it DOES sound like the tzimisce doesn't it? You know, breeching the Masquerade is a common Sabbat tactic to throw the Cammerilla into confusion, force them to play their rescources too soon and put them on the back foot... Maybe this was a sabbat ploy to get the Cammies freeting? I just thought all the corny acents sounded kinda similar, heh.
one crazy weak fact that it could be caine....ive noticed that when using the taxi and i go somewhere the loading screen has the Caine information thing most of the time. its definitely happened when using a taxi more than once.
