Is there any store that will pay more than 250 credits for high end mechendise? By the end of the game, I have collected armor and some weapons that say they sell for 600-1200 credits, but each time I try to sell them, the store won't pay more than 250.

Afraid not. But then, there's such a wealth of plunderable booty in the game, without weight limit, why worry about getting small value? You'll still end up with far more cash than you could ever need.

Are you sure that it isn't just the warning you get when the items cost X credits, and is there so you confirm you want to sell the expensive items?
And that you infact do get the "full price" for it after all?
That is how it works in my game anyways.
