Baldurs Gate : Tales of the Sword Coast?

I was wondering what the difference between bg1 and bg:tsc is. And if i have bg1, should i buy bg:tsc. if its still possible to get?

bg is the basic baldurs gate 1..bg tsc is the addon pack wich adds several new areas..and allowing you to gain one level more for most classes
