*SPOILER* NAR SHADDAA HELP: Twin Assassins

Post by P.A.W »

I know many people are stuck on those pesky Twi'lek Twin Assassins.
Here is some advice:
1. Use melee wepons only, as a blaster lowers your defense
2. right as the dialogue cuts out, the game pauses naturally before battle, before you engage you can use as many battle modifiers as you want, just press start, goto your items and use ur armor and useable sections to activate as many as you want.
3. equip the most powerful sheild that specifies itself as an anti melee type sheild (look for defense against slashing or bludgeoning or other similar terms)
4. constantly renew your sheild every time it goes down. (every other attack round)
5. use the technique described in #2 to use medpacks and other stimulants further along in battle (remember, before you do your first attack, you may use as many battle stimulants and medpacks and sheilds as you want, but after the first round you can only use one of any of them per round, which means no stimulant and sheild dureing same round.)
6. Stay focussed on ONE until they drop. do not switch because if you do they last longer, which means you are attacked twice per turn for a longer period of time.
7. again useing the technique described in #2 before battle, have the best equiptment available for Atton and equip him with your best utilities before your first attack.
8. try throwing stun type grenades inbetween attacks. Atton can resist the effects of grenades and attacks that add negative modifiers to attributes and skills better than the twins can.
9. try not to get too frusterated, because frusteration causes you to make mistakes in your character control
10. TRY AND TRY AGAIN much of the game is the luck of a roll, and another attempt useing all previous 9 strategies at once can earn you a roll of +1 what u had before resulting in your success!

i hope this helps you guys. i know i had a really REALLY hard time with those 2 girls also. they really are b**ches

One easier way for me was before the battle I went into the cantina with my PC character and laid mines all infront of the bar cause the mines remain their for the entire game... and then when Atton get attacked all you have to do is stand there and watch the mines take out the twin simple quick and easy.

I used critical strike to stun one out while I dealt with the other one.

blasters behind the bar... or you can use force storm behind the bar.. its faster.. if Atton is a jedi ;P.. force just makes it easier period. lol. or you can knock them out with force wave or insanity and cut them down with a lightsaber. what i did before i found out about the hiding behind the bar strategy was lob random grenades at them. lol. it works.

I didn't know this was succh a big deal. I just cut them down with single ryyk blade, using adhesive grenades and blasters as necessary (I had this one really nice, high-damage blaster), and since Atton was a pretty new jedi, I had him stick to Heal and Push, allowing me to keep one at bay while he deftly cut down the other with his incredibly high critical rate.
