do you have force confusion? its a side power from getting mind trick and its awesome. use it on one of the light sabres, it will then fight on your side against the other light sabers for a certain ammount of time poosting your attack and decreasing the number of attacks against u. also, use whatever other force powers you can against them after useing force confusion. force confusion does not last forever, and you can only do one at a time, so play around with them. confuse the strongest remaining saber each time. flurry is a great attack to use against them to cut them to peices quickly. Finally, use whatever battle aiding stimulants, melee sheilds and force powers you can. battle meditiation helps for your attack and defense and force power strength for a good long period of battle time. That is about all i can say in regards to those pesky sabers. If you have life support packs, all the better, if you find yourself unable to use your heal type attacks they work wonders.

I noticed changing forms helps too. It seems to be a very overlooked part of the game. I'd advise taking a look at all of your forms, in the 'powers' menu. I believe the Makashi form is powerful against lightsabers, and when one is left, switch to Ataru. It helps substantially.

This isn't a high-tech solution, but... if you run (far) away from the sabers, they will follow you one at a time. They are easy to beat one on one. I've noticed that with most tough fights in this game, if you retreat, the enmies will pursue with their guard down.
