Jedi Force Powers unbalanced?

Post by mmmbeer »

Ok, I have to admit, I like this game regardless, but I have to say, the force powers are very unbalanced.

A combination of 1 stasis field and 2 force storms clears rooms before even the toughest "regular" enemies get to move and regardless of how many total enemies are present. Even without cheating to get experience, I walked into Trayus and walked out without so much as a scratch.

The only time I get to use my sabers is when I want, and even then, if damage is mounting, I can cast master heal and... bam... right back in it. Being all the way lightside, master heal costs almost nothing. That's not even including protective forces like master force barrier, force enlightenment, etc.

Something isn't quite right.

No I didn't expect anything different than what i got from the force powers in KOTOR II. Because in the first one the force powers would easily kill like they do in this game. I mean I throw three force waves at a mob of like 10 guys and they're all dead. But then again I'm regularly a consular. So it could be different depending on class I suppose. And yes like you the only time I use my lightsaber is when I choose to or when I'm forced to. I like to use it just to see some cool lightsaber moves :) . It can also be very powerful on my first game my lightsaber was one hitting guys with master flurry. Sorry got a little off topic with the lightsabers. But I don't believe the force powers are unbalanced.
