Can't find Valygar - Unfinished Business

I hve installed the Unfinished Business mod (Next to kelsey, and EoU).
But now i cant find Valygar in his cabbin, and i cant find a readme or something from Unfinished buisness to see if this is supposed to happen.

Is this part of UB? And if so, where can i find him?

Spoilers below:

First, head to Valygar's home in the docks and speak to his butler...
Then, head to the copper coronet and speak to Suna Seni (I think that's her name) and speak to her.
That will "unlock" Valygar and he will be found in his cabin again - when I played, he was actually hiding in the back room itself.
