Hook me up with TCP/IP

My bro and I are going to play the Multi-Player together. I have created the game etc. etc. but I have no friggin idea how to find out what the TCP/IP is for him to join the game. We are both on DSL and my DSL connection is not a static address. Can someone enlighten me?

Find your IP address and have him enter that in when the Multiplayer window asks if your creating the game... Do it the opposite way if he is creating the game.

Go here if you want to quickly find your ip and you don't like DOS XD
