Well i dont remember anymore where to find that telvanni mouth.. Well ''players'' mouth... My little sister needs some help.. but i havent been able to help her. and all my sources aren't extremely specific on this matter.. so all help would be nice.

If you mean for when you become Telvanni archmagister (which I'm pretty sure you do), head down to Balmora and talk to everyone's favorite patron, Edd Theman (Edd The Man??), A.K.A Fast Eddie. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with disposition or if there's a sidequest or anything, but he will eventually be your "mouth" on the Telvanni Council.

He was somewhere in balmora. His house had different name than fast-eddies name and it was located somewhere in the edge of the city (iirc somewhere on the higher ground.) I'm not sure but think you need the staff of silver peace to get him be your mouth.
