Constant effect items

Hello,

I recently wanted to enchant one of cuirasses with constant night eye. But the only option i had was "cast once" or "cast when used" i dont recall, but do anyone know how to make an item with constant effect and if i even can make such one ?

You need Azuras Star or a Great Soul Gem with the soul of a god, an ascended sleeper or a golden saint.

Actually i tried to make the enchantment with a Grand Soul Gem with a Golden Saint it it... but i still only had one option.
oh yeah and where do i get Azuras Star ?

Do a search on Azura Star and I'm sure you'll get 20 or more results

If you click the button at the bottom left of the enchant screen it should change and show all options.
