Ok, I got the quest from the Twi'lek and I went to talk to the owner of Romana. I didn't pay the money because I didn't have enough persuade yet, so I went to talk to the Twi'lek again. I told him I could not pay him the money so he suggested I should talk to the Exchange because the guy has problems with the Exchange. After the conversation, The Journal Entry window appears. In my journal, it says I should talk to the Exchange. I talked to the Squid looking Exchange guy and there was no option that said anything about Ramona. So I killed him and Luxa. So I'm wondering what I should do now?
I've played through the game twice before and never bothered with the quest but I never got the new entry to talk to the Exchange.
BTW: I'm a female LS person.

Maybe it has something to do with your persuade skill (I didn't notice), but I beat him at a game of pazaak to win her back. I think he initially wanted a 2000 credit bet from me in exchange, but I was able to talk him down to 1000 (I'm pretty sure that DID have something to do with my persuade skill.)

Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and
flutter,
In there stepped a stately raven of the saintly days of yore;
Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed
he;................................
Perched, and sat, and nothing more.

Pazaak is ghetto? Worse than throwing away 1500-2000 credits? That's mighty Up-town of you, Broke.....I mean, Dayum-skippy. And "rough 'im up" isn't ghetto? hmmm.

The Light Side is the only honorable way of the Force that tries to bring peace and happines to the whole Galaxy. If you can master it then you can truely become a Jedi.
