Is there anywhere to get this gem besides from the chickens in Umar Hill? I cant seem to get it from the chickens anymore because they are gone

Nope, only from the chickens in the Umar Hills... But if you want the horn so badly, use Shadowkeeper and return it.

Third time this morning that I'm going to answer this one ...

Yes, there are two Beljuril gems in the game (for as far as I have seen). One is indeed in a chicken in the Umar Hills (you can pickpocket the right chicken to get it, by the way), the other one is located in Fierkraags lair. In the map of the ruined temple is a cavern with some Golems in it. At the back of this cavern is stash which has the other Beljuril gem.

There is another gem somewhere. I found I had two when I went to talk to the merchant. Can't remember where other than before you leave for spellhold. Unfortunately, I went everywhere you can outside town in Chapter two. So it doesn't narrow it down that much. Good luck.....
But like that other guy said, it's not that great, so I wouldn't go too much out of my way if I were you.
