go to the balmora mages guild after you get the jack of trades spell from the tradehouse in seyda neen and talk to the guild guide(the lady who can transport you places)and buy soultrap hen talk to the lady in the green robe in the same place and make a spell for fortify attribute and select any one of them you want then set it to 100-100 on self the soultrap on target,then go to a wall and point it at the wall and use it

We have already had literally several dozen threads discussing various examples of cheese and cheats in the game. We don't need another, so this thread is closed. If you want to start up your poll about whether people are playing on the PC or Xbox, feel free to do so again as a separate issue. It's not related to posting cheats.
