I'm puzzled ... I'm in BGII SOA, and doing the Jaheira romance ... with the "flirt pack" installed ... presently in chapt 6, but doing all the "side / mint" quests. Jaheira was just given a "Harpers Pin" by "Terminsel" (anagramed name) ... and shortly thereafter she gave my character some sort of leaves or herb to chew on when we next camped for the night. Does anyone know what those leaves are? There is nothing in my characters personal items list. ....

Try resting outside or pause the game for a while (30-60 min), this might trigger a dialog.
