Help! I'm stuck already - SPOILER

Hi all! I'm on Telos.
I have all the quests in the image there. http://www.gamebanshee.com/forums/attac ... 2419&stc=1
I've read omn GameBanshee here that I am supposed to get to new areas like Restoration Zone and Czerka site. Am I right?
I can't do anything though. Everyone I talk to won't tell me anything else. I only have options "Whay do you do here", "Who are you"... stuff like that.
I talked to EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE. I can't get anywhere but where I've already been. I have completed quests like kill Slusk and Luxa, brought Batono back to the TSL, some others - can't remember. I also have a quests to catch the escaped guys but I have never heard them talking to Luxa in the Czerka office. Noone in the Dosking area is letting me through the doors....
I think it may be a bug, what do you think?
and if not, how do I get anywhere?

UUUhhh, aren't you sappsoe to go to the cantina. There is a person in a czerka uniform right infront of the dancers. Talk to him and that should do it....
