Asassins..***SPOILERS****

You know the mission where you have to fight the assassins? I have two games, one in which I have a good charactor, and another where I am evil. In the evil game the assassins never came after me, why would this be? The good one they did though. On the quest, I believe it said "your enemies have grown jealous for your fame" or something. Does this mean that you are only famous if good, and it only happens if you're good? Also the archery game is not open in the evil one in knothole glade. thanks...

They both happen no matter what your alignment is.

But you have to reach a certain point in the game in order for them to happen.

The assassins quest only becomes available after you do the break the siege quest. After the break the seige just leave knothole glade and the guildmaster will tell you that twinblade has hired some assassins to kill you. Go back into knothole glade to defeat the first of them. Another interesting tidbit I'm not sure if it happens all the time or not havent tried yet but after you kill each assassin toward the end of the game they will all respawn till ya kill the one in hook coast.

It does happen, I have fought the one in Knothole a million times, and it sucks cuz I always get charged for murder.

Does anyone know what you get for beating the quest? Reknown that late in the game seems a bit useless.

You get treasure clue 3 for completing it, I believe.
