It does not mention this in the official walkthrough, but Isaac promises you a gift that you need to return to collect.

I did return and stupidy skipped through the dialogue after he said he'd give me it, so did not notice what it was!

(I have sided with the anarchs, completed Kings Way Quest, knocked off the gargoyle and gave him the dope on Strauss)

anybody know what gift he gives out?

BTW I did the Model Citizen quest straight after and noticed that I got through it (by sneaking) much more easily than usual...any connection?

I think you might get the "Fae Charm" from Isaac....I never got it myself but I read from others who got it.
You can usually buy it from Tsengs in Chinatown. It gives you an additional dot in Dexterity.

Gift

Yes he gives you the Fae Charm, but I think only if you play a Toreador or what ever clan he is. I never got it playing any other clan.
