You'll meet him in the Cleric Tower in Severed Hand (the area you can access through a portal)

Maybe. I don't remember him exactly, but I know for sure that he's among those attackers in the Tower (along with Guthma and the other good ol' friends.. :D )

Hey Patrick, long time no see :)

That's what came to my mind in the first place, too :) But I guess he's just a simple beastlord, isn't he?

Erm, wouldn't you mean Beastmaster, in that case?

Hey folks, ok checking my Prima's manual, it says Beast Lord Harsham is at the end of the river caves in chapter three. He is back as a ghost in chapter 6 at the fourth floor of clerics tower.

This is my favorite fight of the game so far. I usually save the game before the fight and reload it a few times so that I can kill Harsham a few more times. Fights are not always about tactics and difficulty. The challenge of the Harsham fight is how many you can kill in the first round of fighting. (spoiler below)

When you reach Harsham, the computer stops and arranges your parter in a specific spot. Harsham then gives several cheesy lines about how you have been trapped, he is better than you, and you will now die. Then the computer unfreezes and the fight starts. I like to unload everything on Harsham and kill his entire party (I've succeeded with all except one bear before) in the first round. You get to use fireballs, flamestrike, necklace of missles, and the ice spear's icelance. It is the ultimate fight of arcane elemental power.

Yes you did! Remember the Hook Horror caves (accessed by a rope, after killing the White Dragons)? The duergars gave you a quest to clean the caves from the Umber Hulks... Now there, right in front of the Black Raven door, you met a mage and his friendly party (archers, boars and such) who gave you a hard time accessing that gate. Now he was Beastlord HarshOm (yes, with "O" ;) )

actually....

from my POV, the fight tips between very difficult/easy with little room in-between, depending mainly on party members.

spoiler (highlight to read):
single casters have rather tough time with the 5-6 archers targeting you, barely have the chance to fire off your 1st spell even with mirror image.. of course, the next time round, with improved armor class from other spells and better concentration check bonuses, one fireball does wonders and the whole battle is 99.99% won from there....
