Mine was about 50000, I killed the entire town of Balmora

thats it???.......i have 567,830........i killed balmora,robed all the treasury vaults in vivec,killed half of vivec,killed seyda neen,and robed every place in mournhold.....including the museum

but i also have a file where i have no bounty.....but i still take just about everything i see

The only bounty i have ever had is when the Fighters Guild sends you to kill all the Thiefs Guild bosses and when that guy at Moonmoth asks you to kill the "BAD PEOPLE"at the council club in Balmora.After i performed them they got me cleared of the bounty.So i dont take much notice of my bounty rating.
