Demogorgon? I mean great. He is the toughest thing I have ever fought. How the hell do you beat him???

Lots of summoned creatures. That's how I beat him. I used earth elementals, planetars, etc. to keep the the other two demons busy (Mariliths??) while I had my fighters wail on the demogorgon. My mages kept the summoned creatures coming, and used the rod of resurrection to resurrect anyone that died. Even though they couldn't wear armor, my resurrected npc's were useful in that they could at least use ranged attacks against the demogorgon.
Hope this helps! :)

i think the demogorgon was very easy man, i beated him on the first try, just had 3 ( mages(aerie, imoen and the protagonist) with wands of spell striking dispeling his protections and 3 fighters (jaheira, sarevok and minsc) using wirhlwinds on him
this time im playing as a kensai/thief and i instaled the original demogorgon i hope that he will be a challenge

If the DemoBaboon is too easy for you, try David Gaider's original one...

I had Serevok and Keldorn attack him, while Sir Anomen cast Greater restoration to remover disease and restore hitpoints. Not one party member got below half hitpoints. However I did do watchers keep last in ToB, giving me tha advantage of being a high level, as most people do watchers keep first. ;)

Edit: @Panda, where do I get this 'original' Demogorgon? Baldurdash I suppose?

Do NOT try the hit and run technique. I did, pulling everyone onto that balcony, and once Big D starts bringing in demons, he won't stop! The stairs were literally clogged with monsters coming up! I did this.
A) Aerie, Imoen, and Nalia disrupt his spell protections, summon a planetar, Sunnis, and some top line pets, while
B) Jaheira, my PC, and Viconia pound away with Crom Faer, Carsomyr, and +4 staff, all wearing helms versus charm.
C) I won, but not til the third try.
