Slaves in Molag mar-can i free them?

I finally wound up in molag mar and i see like 5 slaves standing around near this guy under a little shelter with a lvl 100 chest by him.
anyway i can free the slaves?

the slaves at molag mar u cant save them... if u can save them the quest will be updated when u talk to them

If you're on a PC, there are at least 2, possibly 3 mods that make quests in which you can join either a slavers' guild, or a secret society to free slaves.
