Circlet of Saresh x3

Post by Derek Baker »

The description - http://www.gamebanshee.com/starwarskoto ... saresh.jpg - says "The circlet..." indicating there is only one.

I now have 3 of them in my inventory - all useless as I'm soloing on the dark side!

Maybe Exar Kun had backups. Just in case one gets dinged.

I managed to find 6 Onasi Blasters and 3 Bindo's Bands as well. It is very ridiculous but what can you do?!

I think personally that this is one of the principal failing points of the game. They surely maked randomness on items like some sort of surprise to make two games totally different from each other. But does it really have a point? I don't ever cared and never imported to me. It really sucks and I hope that it will be the first thing changed in the sequel.

I have to agree! Moreover, I have a hard time with the idea that you can walk into a random room and find significant items in a storage bin. You would think that finding significant items (such as those belonging to Exar Kun) would be spoils from tough fights or in difficult to reach areas (such as the Gauntlets of Ragnos in the Ragnos tomb of KOTOR 1).

What about the fact we are still getting chemicals as loot from the Ravager onwards WHEN THERE IS NO MORE CHANCE TO ACCESS A LAB STATION!!

Reminds me of the 5000 credits you get as loot on the Star Forge in K1.

Yeah, and the crystal you find on one of the Jedi... while there's no workbench anymore.

But anyway, I think there should be two more lab stations in the game. 1 on the Ebon Hawk itself (maybe you can buy it somewhere, so it gets installed from that point) and one somewhere on Malachor.

The funny thing is that there is a lab station on the Hawk. But it only shows up during battle sequences (i.e. when the slavers try and take the Hawk on Nar Shaddaa), then it disappears.

You can get to a workbench moments before you face Darth Traya on Malachor V. Its in the right hand side of the complex (you can go with the Crescent or the Prison I think its called, its in the prison section).

Agreed on the lab stations though ;)

I think Ergophobia was referring to the Star Forge in KOTOR1 wherein one of a group of 3 Dark Jedis (all female) you encounter upon entering the complex (and the entrance sealing behind you) drops a crystal (Nextor I think). Basically leaving the party unable to make use of it since the Ebon Hawk is unavailable to you then.

Yup, that's what I meant. Anyways, getting a useless item is better than getting nothing at all, I think. You got crystals from all other guys, so why not from this one? Same deal with 2: you got completely random crap from everyone, so why not from everyone on Malachor?
