Ok, may be you guys know of this already, but if not, here goes.
By using "give item" cheat, you can get "hkpart05", HK Protocol Pacifist Package. Install it in HK and see what happens =))).

or you can just buy it from the female merchant on Nar Shadaa after completing the trade routes quest

Complete the quest for the female Rodian on Nar Shaddaa. Liberate Dantooine/Onderon or maybe both. Return to her and buy the package. Talk to HK to install the thing. (unfortunately you cannot keep it like that)
