help! i want to train security so i can level my lockpicking skill but i dont know who does it!. if its the theive guild in balmora where is it? and whats the name of the place because i been searching and no areas said theive guild.

Its called the South Wall Cornerclub. Its on the right side of the river in the middle of the town, close to the entrace.
