Star Wars beat'em ups? Sounds hilarious but I doubt any studio would ever get a license for that.

They've made at least one SW based fighting game for the PS1, it sucked.

I'd be all for it...

and since you'd be using sabers, instead of hit points, you'd have limbs and the object would be to cut you opponent up so they can't fight anymore.
