A patch is currently in the works. It has not been released yet though.

There was one... search the news archives for it. It screwed my game though, so I'm not recommending it.

I've got the UK version and downloaded around 15th February via the update function an official patch, so my version is now 2.01

I encountered very few bugs, my neighbour had some awesome bugs WITH the patch.

The patch was supposed to be out two weeks ago. Apparently they're holding it up. The topic isn't even on the first page of Obsidian's general forum any longer.
