I finished the game but not as a Jedi Master

Post by Tovec »

I never recieved my new title as a Jedi Master/WeaponMaster/Watchman I never got a chance to get it. I would like to know when you get the new title and which characters become Jedi. I already know that Bao-Dur becomes a Gardian but which others? What is the story with Carth, Canderous, T3, the HKs, and G0-T0.

I would like to know how to get the Disciple and which slot he fits into. I found the Disciple in the basement of Dantooine but he never joined me. How come when you recieve certain members of the team you are not further respected. Ex. GOTO and Mandalore.
Bao-Dur: I think he wanted us to give up the Genreal to his poorly trained collection of bounty hunters.

Atton: Ah. well that would explain it. Which one do you want?

Bao-Dur: I'll take the stupid one who decided to threaten us rather than shoot us when he had the chance.

You start advancing in a prestige class by talking to Kreia once you reach level 15. If you are light side you will get to choose between the Jedi prestige classes, if you are dark side you get to choose one of the Sith prestige classes.

Disciple joins your party if you are female. If you are male you will get Handmaiden instead. Aaand... not sure what you mean with respected.

Okay. That's all. Hope that helps. :)

The respect

What I meant is that when GOTO joins your team you do not get the respect of the Exchange. You can't give orders to the Exchange on any planet, nor tell the various hitmen that the bounty is off. With Mandalore you should be able to get them to follow you in a map, fight on your team, give you stuff.
Thanks with Diciple. Also for the Master thing, I played KotoR2 like I played KotoR1 - Do not level up until I had to and by then Kreia was Darth Taraya.

Well, obviously the idea of mandalorians following you is beyond the scope of the game, i.e. it would be a strategy then. Also, I don't think Mandalore would let his troops give you all their stuff, so the option doesn't even exist due to its statistical improbability.
As for Goto, I suppose it would be logical if the bounty was off, but the only bounty hunters you may meet after Nar Shaddaa (sp?), are Duros dudes on Dxun and then, since you have already killed their brethren in Nar Shaddaa AND started the space battle above Onderon, bounty or no bounty, you are a natural target. As for Goto allowing you to manipulate his network, he would be unlikely to do that and the aspect would be difficult to incorporate in the game. Also, as you probably already know, the developers were very rushed.
Also, to get PrC you must be sufficiently dark or light. So if you are very neutral at lvl 15 and want to have PrC, just don't lvl up and do some DS/LS quests.
