You have to go to Nar Shaddaa - Refugee Quadrant. There are two Twi'leks there that come by and said that since you help people of the quad they will help you (I played as LS so I'm not sure what the line would be if you are DS), so they warn you that "Atton" is not who he claims to be. After that you confront Atton about it and with enough influence you will hear his story and turn him into Jedi Sentinel.
