it is X-Box Live aware, but i have tried it and no you cant really do anything.

All you can do in xbox live via Fable is sign in,change your online/offline status,and view friends list.
If it has ears it can be deafened,if it has a mouth it can scream,if it has eyes it can be blinded,if it has legs it can be crippled -Enscription on an ancient sith weapon
