Bao-Dur = Bad Mojo.

Post by Predator1 »

Well...That's about it. I got to the point in dialogue where I have a single option. The only options available go like this:

Me: "Did something happen on Dxun? You look calmer than normal."

To which he responds...

"I feel more in touch...blah blah."

and my only option is...

Me: "What do you mean?"

and finally he says...

"Just something that made me open my eyes. Ask me about it another time. "

So this tells me there is something I can do to get him to talk to me. Problem is, what? It never tells me [Influence: Failure] so I dont think influence is the problem. Help please!

I'm not sure, but I think influence IS the problem... have you trained him to be a Jedi yet? If no, then definately you need more influence.

The Dxun experience is something that got cut from the game I think. Everytime I 've gone through, light or dark and with whoever leading, they always say another time. I am forced to assume that there was originally an opportunity to be told. It isn't influence I had MAX influence on Bao-dur and he still said another time.
Without the light there can be no dark. Without the dark there can be no light. Even the most devout Jedi Master needs the dark side. The most evil Sith still needs the light.

when you've only got option that's okay. just gain some more influence with bau-dur. he'll be fine if you just take him around with you on nar-shadda

I see

Well...I was afraid influence could be the problem. I have already completed the game, EXCEPT for the Korriban Academy (I'm trying to level up, and I want Kreia to still talk to me so I can upgrade the Name Crystal). I think I may have exhausted all my possible influence gains with Bao-Dur. He hasn't become a Jedi yet, otherwise I wouldn't care :P
