Where can I get this UI?

I was watching those movies and they use a very differant UI and some things as far as the texture on the shotgun seem differant. Where can I get these if I can at all?

Haven't seen the videos, but they might have been original promo vids from the developers, so like some of the promo pics those were done while they still worked on the graphics....which means they probably changed it during the development of the game to the current state....

Or someone did some nice modding....
