Baladas (spoilers?)

I've been given a quest from Aryon to go tell Baladas in Gnisis something. I've gone into Baladas's house but I haven't found him without getting beat up by skeletons

or daedra or whatever else he has hidden in there. Can anyone tell me what level or what part (past what door, etc.) Baladas is hiding?

Well, I haven't gotten to that quest yet, but knowing the Telvanni, He'll probably be in either the tallest room or in the bottom of the basement (that's always where I find Telvanni

)

when you go in go to your left and keep going up.the door is lock so use a lock pick or look for the key on another room.also make sure you dont kill this guy his important for later.
