I Need Help!!

Post by Julianobio »

Hi everyone, I just got the game and I already had a problem!! In one of the first quests, when we have to get the Mercurio's wallet, I cannot do it!! I found the wallet inside that vent, but I am not able to get it, because the wallet is at the floor and the place is really small and I am not able to look down at it to grab. Does anyone have a problem like mine? Does anyone know what's happening to my game and have a solution? (when I tried to get that girl's diary inside the red car's trunk it happened the same thing!) PLEASE, HELP!!

You should be able to look down. Are you crouching? You pretty much have to get the wallet. Assuming you're doing that, you might adjust your mouse options. It may be that you've locked your view point or some such thing. This is adjustable in the options menu.

I got it first try myself, crouched and positioned myself right over it almost and move the mouse down. I was in third person view but first person might be helpful as well.

First Person

for picking things up and being sure that they are hi-lighted - 1st person is often easiest.

to get the wad - open vent, crouch, enter, lift, & out.

as for the trunk of the car - there may be a bug, but I usually save just before in case of problems.
