Where Is Arvs Drelen?

I was given the quest of finding the whereabouts of Radash something from the Legion on Gnisis. Darius tells me to go and talk to Baladas something in the tower of Arvs Drelen. Ok i go out and ask about the location of the tower and they tell that it's "northwest of the town". I had searched all the land in that section and on the others too, but or the tower is too tiny or ì'm blind because i can't see it.

They DO say it is northwest of town, and I got the empression that is was OUT of town. I spent an hour and a half *sigh* looking for this place, and couldn't find it.
Thank god for my stumbling-upon-places talent, Arvs Drelen is actually IN town, right by the northwestern gate. It's not really a tower on the outside, but it is on a tiny hill sort of up to the egg mine. Hope that helps.

Yeah, it is right beside that large arch leading out of the town. You can see it to the right of this by looking for the typical dome of it, the entrence is nearby from there.
