The Myrkul's Sending is a shadow-type monster in the Vale of Shadows on the first level of Kresselack's Tomb, Brynn. I always just hack and slashed it to death, but I don't remember if you need magical (+1 or greater) weapons or not. I don't think so, b/c the first ones you encounter in the game are on this level of the tomb.

i tried the walkthrough but it just said defeat myukals sending and move on. he is on the first level of kresalks tomb

Possible spoiler:

I just finished the Vale of Shadows, and I do believe that you need a magical weapon in order to hit Myrkul's Sending. If memory serves, there is a Long Sword +1 in one of the two side tombs that go directly to the right or left of the first main room on the first level of Kresselack's tomb. I cannot remember if there are any other magical weapons before you face the sending; maybe the Bone Dancer that you encounter before Myrkul's Sending has a Hammer +1, but don't quote me on that.
