i just became a light side jedi and i was wondering which force line was better stasis or push?
....also if i decide to become a dark jedi next game, would insanity be better than push?

You know that you can use dark side powers while a lightsider, right? It just costs you more points. Because the best violent, destructive, vicious, depraved, and absolutely fun powers are on the DS.
Personally, if I were to play again (and I won't; too much environment in other games), I'd do a LSer who got Insanity. And I'd pump up wisdom to get still more out of it, while keeping all my LS powers. Best of both worlds: all the purity and approval from others, plus all the blood and screams of my victims. How very noble!

well i am a scoundrel 7/ jedi gaurdian. so being a gaurdian and all i wont have many force points to spend extra on dark side powers....besides i plan on creating a dark side force user later.
anywho since i was a scoundrel i would like to utilize the sneak attack...and doesnt level 3 stasis stun the enemy for twice as long as force wave?...but then again its always nice to knock people over and cause damage at the same time.
soo any advice?

Personally, then, I liked Push. Before I ever went for the DS powers, which should have done something to my morality (cough), I used Push. It's especially fun when you have a grenade or ranged weapon for followup.

I actually ended up taking both lines, which was sort of inconvenient because it meant that I skipped over the stun-droid line, which is incredibly useful overall.
Like you, I was a former scoundrel and I was keen on using sneak attacks on stunned enemies, however, as you'll probably see shortly, it won't really matter - with or without sneak attack damage, you'll have more than enough power to kill basically anybody you come across in two or three rounds at most. Often, even tough enemies like dark jedi will fall after just one dramatic force jump (especially if you have master speed active).
That said, the power I ended up using more was the push line, not only because it causes damage, but because it was much more gratifying to see enemies being tossed up in the air and spun around by whirlwind or seeing an entire room of enemies getting knocked flat on their backs by force wave. Stasis has some visual appeal to it, as you'll see when various people use it on you and your companions at key points in the game, but really the increased stun time is almost never necessary or even useful. So yeah, go with the push line.
Hope that helps.
