I have a problem with the volume of the voices, they are pitifully quiet!
The rest of the sounds work ok, but the only way to get a decent audio is to turn the voice volume up full, the others down low and put my speakers up really high.
Anyone know what the problem is?
Voice Volume too low
You could try tinkering in the games ini file... Torment.ini located in the install directory. Save a backup of course
