Nar Shadda: Can't enter Ebon Hawk

Am I a moron?

Have spent a couple hours doing stuff on Nar Shadda. Tried to go back to the ship to switch out characters for the dancing quest and "You may not board the Ebon Hawk at this time"

Is this supposed to happen or is it yet another terrible bug erasing several hours of gameplay?

I did have that helpful guy come up and tell me the EH was really his.

You can't enter until you do enough quests and try to enter/leave the refugee sector.

If you sold T3 to Kodin, you can't re-enter the Ebon Hawk until you, essentially, finish Nar Shaada. You have to have him back in order to reboard the ship.
