Bodhi, Can't find her!!

I have completed pretty much everything in Level 3, been to the crypt killed everything and not seen Bodhi, been back many many times and still can't stake the 3rd coffin and still haven't seen Bodhi? Any thoughts, have done Windspear, Trademeet, Ruins, Temples, etc, etc..... HELP!!!!!

Have you killed Lassal, the male Vampire?? He can be found in the large, spike-trapped room, with the blood in the centre. Once you kill him, stake the third coffin and Bodhi will appear.

I have this problem too, but I can't Lassal in the spike room. I've checked every corner, coffin, crevice, and urn two or three times!
