High Level Spells

The manual has many levels of spells, but I have yet to come across any spells in non-scroll versions above lvl 4 espcially in the shops.

Where can you get hold of them?

You can get some higher level spell (including level 9) at the Temple in Arindale. Also, some higher Level Chests drop them.

The only thing I haven't come across yet are decent Runespells (except for Sanctuary from Grymlok)

I think you need to perform quests for that given guild to obtain higher level spells.
For example both Fargrove and Arindale's Celestial Temples only sold me lvl 1-4 spells, until I gained the rank of paladin at wich point the sold me many additional spells up to 9th level.

Many of the higher end Arcane spells were unfindable for me even after attaining the rank of Wizard in the mages guild. All the Arcane spells I could find was Fire nova, Blast Nova, Ice Nova, Iceball, Ice Shards, Fireball, Fire burst, Magic missile, freezing touch, and the ever popular Shrieking star. That's with cycling through the random drops from all level 8 and the rare level 9 treasure chests I found that dropped spells/components. Even choosing demonic spell at the tomb of souls only got you the summon deathlord spell. I'm hoping that many of these spells will be implemented with the patch, but not holding my breath.
