Only 3 pedastals in the Star sapphire quest!!!

Hi!
In chapter 3, I got the Star Sapphire quest. I went to the tomb, aquired all gems, but I've only found 3 pedastal around the central pedastal instead of 4. Is that possible, that I've blowed it up with a fireball?
How can I solve this problem?

I actually can't remember if these pedestals are destructable, however that doesn't matter that much, because if one is gone, you can't respawn it and complete the quest.
So my advice would be to reload to an earlier savegame, and check again if it is still missing.

If it is still missing it would seem like a bug, and then the question is if you have upgaded your game.

I've upgraded the game to the latest version. I've tried to reload the level by exitin and entering again (via the recall stone too), but the problem seems permanent. Are there any editor to fix this or I have to skip this quest?
My latest save before this point is at somewhere in the middle of chapter 2.

Exiting the level by the Stone of Recall will not reload it to its original.
You need to go back to an earlier savegame for that to happen. If that isn't an option, then I suggest simply skipping it. I don't recall it being plot-critical but it has been some time.

I doubt very much the toolset would help you either, because to "fix" it you have to build the dungeon again.

I seem to remember destroying one of those pedestals the first time I played. I don't think it matters in the grand scheme of things, but it is worth doing if you have a prior save.

I had the same problem myself. Just load back the Autosave and it should be O.K

Yep, I can definitely confirm the pedastles can be destroyed! I remind myself everytime now NOT to use chain lightning in that room, just use target specific spells only (actually, I think I use my henchmen and summons to clear out any enemies). I know it's not plot critical, it's just nice to finish off the quests....am I alone here, I can't bear to have unfinished plots in my journels :D ?
