Multiplayer
I just imported a new character from bg1, actually one of the best characters i ever made, anyway, he is a true class fighter, and i was wondering if anyone wants to play a multiplayer game with me, i am lookin for any monks, kensais theives and spellcasters, but anyone can play whatever they want if they want to play, so if anyone wants to play respond to this thread
"Mad..perhaps. But with this, I wounded Bhaal. Imagine I injured a god"
Count me in. I've been looking for quite a while for someone to play with. My long time BG1 character is a single player char, so I'm not sure I can take her to MP, can I? Otherwise I'll just come up with a good Sorceror or something.
"Think on this, arrogant mageling: even the mightiest archmage has no spells strong enough to let him cheat death. Some take the road of lichdom... a living death. The rest of us find graves, and our dust is no grander than that of the next man. So when next you lord it over some farmer with your fireballs, remember: we all master spells enough to die"

By the way (almost forgot)... I only have time on weekends. Full time job is stealing my soul.

Mike - you can take her into MP BG2. Just copy your BG1 final save game into BG2 save folder. Start a new BG2 single player game, on character creation click on import (from saved game) import your char into bg2 from your BG1 game. After the opening movies are complete export your character.
When you join a multiplayer game you can then import your character from your BG2 char file.

I would like to join, but I can only play from my school comp with connecting through LAN. Can you explain me how to join game in this case. Never was able to figure out. I can easily play on evenings, I am in Montreal, so it's Eastern time.Originally posted by smokealotabud:
