Quiet Bastila, Bastila on Korriban (spoilers?)
Quiet Bastila, Bastila on Korriban (spoilers?)
Shortly after Bastila's mother quest on Tatootine only the usual dialogue options come up for Bastila. She doesn't have anything new to say anymore everytime one of us levels up (although i can talk to any other character after every level up). Even when I visited Korriban for the first time (I had already visited the other worlds before the mother quest), she didn't have the option of talking about the vision we probably. What gives?
Also, when I visited Korriban for the first tiem I can't add her to the party. It makes sense considering she's a well known jedi and this is a sith world, but she didn't even bother to explaint that.
So what's going on? Is this a bug or has Bastila become an aloof *****?

Are you a male or female character? If you're male, you should still have the whole business with the romance stuff, but not if you're female. If you're female, you might be done with Bastila.
General: "Those aren't ideas; those are special effects."
Michael Bay: "I don't understand the difference."

I had the same problems.
Bastila didn't want to talk to me, when I failed her sidequest. Well, not exactly "failed", but...
I told Bastila to keep the holocron to herself, and she did, insulting her mother a lot. When the conversation was over, Bastila told me that "she has to think" and was quiet ever since.
Then I just reloaded and chosen a good-solving for this quest.
As for Bast on Korriban - I know why she was quiet.
Probably, Korriban was the last planet you went to? If so - don't worry - it's a bug, every version has it. Bastila does not initiate dialog on the last of 4 planets you go to.

This is it. I told her to keep the holocron. Thanks
Haha, I'm so far into the game I couldn't think of reloading and playing the other worlds all over just so I can talk to Bastila

I played a female character, so I don't really know anything about the romance, but I did deal with the whole Bastila's mother and holocron thing. As I recall, it came to the point in conversation where I could have told Bastila to keep it, or to give it to her mother, but I chose some sort of middle ground comment, like, "Well, why do you need it?" This sparked some more conversation between Bastila and her mother, and in the end, the two agreed Bastila would keep it. This may be the nicest resolution, since they both agreed on it.
I only say this because this might be what B0r4n did, and could explain why B0r4n maybe remembers telling Bastila to keep it, but still got the romance, whereas the others imply that telling her to keep it ruins the romance.
