Cannot understand one thing: I can create ranger and dual him to cleric, but I cannot dual cleric into ranger. Is it in accord with D&D rules? Or it just in BG series? Oh, and another thing. For cleric/thief, is there exist any weapon to backstab? Or backstabbing aginst priest nature?

Check your stats - to dual from cleric to ranger, you need 17 in STR, DEX, and WIS. Thieves can backstab with clubs and staves.

There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

A cleric/thief can backstab with a club. Which a cleric can still use.
Although I don't think it's called backstab when you use a club... forgot what it's called.

Cartoon Law III
Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

Eeeek, looks like STR, DEX, CON should be at last 17, and WIS 17. Try to roll...Originally posted by Path of Wind:

And another thing, might be a bug: if you create multiclass R/C, you cannot put 3 stars into 2 weapon style. Well, I can understand this, but you cannot put 2 stars into 2-handed style, but can into 1-handed style ?!

A multiclass ranger should be able to put 3 stars in dual wield and 2 in 2handed style their not being able to is a bug - as far as i know it is fixed in one of the baldurdash patches

someone told me to dual:
you must have at least 15 in the primary stats of your first class, and 17 in the primary stats of your second class.
Try following this guide, it sounds right to me from what I have done.
naturally alignment and race affect whether you can dual or not and what you can dual to.
