Error Initalizing Network!!!

hey guyz im new to this game for several weeks i have been trying to connect to a lan game with my other computers but it keeps saysing " ERROR INTIALIZING NETWORK!! " on the top i wait for hr's but it never goes away i have tried everything can anyone PLZ help me
