after argalia's armor?

i just got argalia's armor and was wondering is lord galebriand and faithen still in the dungeon or elsewhere...im sitting where he was in the beginning and i have searched everywhere even in the secret rooms...and the webpage dont explain what to do after u find the armor...anybody got any ideas or know what to do?
