Illegal Operations *possible spoilers*

every time i go to play, i get an illegal operation. i've got all the patches, etc. everything should work...

i'm at the part in the Underground on Taris when you save Hendar, but every time, a few seconds into the cutscene, i get another illegal operation. As luck would have it, i saved right before the cutscene starts

any ideas of what i could do? (preferably other than starting over.) Thanks in advance for any help.

Just select the platform you're running it on, and follow onscreen guide.
If that fails to fix the problem, i would try reinstalling.
