Red Corprus Screen + Almalexia's Shield

My screen still has those red corners after I got and 'cured' corprus. Any way to get rid of it?

And I've had Almalexia's Shield for 40 days, which gives me resist and reflect bunches of things. And I can't dispel it. Any ideas? I can't even remember where I picked it up.

Red's gone.

Almalexia's shield was some effect I picked off a shrine, like Vivec's Mystery or whatnot. It gives me 30% reflect and weapon resist and something else that are making me too powerful. And it didn't wear off after a day, and even after many days and dispels it didn't change. Is that elaborate enough?
