Huge Problem!!! Please Help!!!

Here's my problem:

I just managed to obtain the powerful 'limited wish' spell but can't use it properly. My mage is kinda dumb as I only gave him 5 points in Wisdom when I created him. I figured mages wouldn't need Wisdom as it was only necessary for clerics, Paladins etc.

Now my question is: Are there any items in the game that increase your Wisdom?

If not - Where can I find a trainer where I can change my Wisdom stat!

Waukeen's Promenade - Purchased from the Temple of Ilmater
Slums District - Purchased from the Temple of Ilmater on the Copper Coronet's roof
Docks District - Purchased from the Temple of Oghma
Bridge District - Purchased from the Temple of Helm
Temple District - Purchased from the Temple of Helm
Temple District - Purchased from the Temple of Lathander
Government District - Purchased from the Temple of Waukeen
Trademeet - Purchased from the Temple of Waukeen
Brynnlaw - Purchased from the Temple of Umberlee

And your wisdom will be high enough then.

Actually if you CLUA in the wisdom books, you can't use them. THe same goes with the book for Charisma.

Even better, have another character with Wisdom 16+ talk to the Dao when he appears. That way you'll get the complete 'wish list'.
