Mages Guild Mess Up

I was wondering if there are any other people that train your conjuration skill other than people in the mages guild. I got expelled. I cant get back in. I got expelled because i taunted Archmage Trebonious to fite me, but when i use my totally uber fire spell, i killed a few other mages in the process. So now im expelled, no trebonious to amend with. I've raised my current character's mage skills solely through use. Just lengthy practice, followed by potions, and more lengthy practice.

Maybe try using console command:
<player -> PCJoinFaction "Mages Guild">.

In that case join the temple, get a high rank and then you'll be able to train conjuration in temple in Ald'ruhn, npc called Methal Seran.

I think that Nine-Toes in Balmora can also teach it, just as Erer Darothril in Sadrith Mora(Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub).
